Learn to play the piano with your favourite songs.

Surely everyone has heard talk of a generation of videogames whose aim is to play a musical instrument, like Guitar Hero for example. Well, now it's the turn of the piano. Synthesia is a small application that will teach you to play without needing a piano in your house, you just need your PC keyboard.

Synthesia is really easy to use. You have to play the notes as they appear to get the best score. Synthesia includes various melodies in MIDI format with their corresponding music scores to make it easier. But, if you prefer, you can also load your favourite songs into the program and learn to play along to them. The only requirement is that they need to be in this MIDI format so that Synthesia can interpret them correctly.

If you have the chance, connect a piano keyboard to your PC to make it more correct and real. You will be more dextrous with your fingers and can even learn to play new songs.
